Because of the international orientation of our group of companies, we have a wide network of affiliates and baking laboratories. Our travelling master bakers are at home in the bakeries of the world and familiar with a great variety of production techniques. This international experience of baking is reflected in our TopBake product range: tasty German rye rolls, Mexican tortillas or Chinese steamed buns – we supply concentrates, premixes and ready-mixed flours for all manner of different applications.
Baked in a pan or as hearth bread; made from wheat, rye or spelt flour; yeast-raised or leavened with sour dough … the wishes and requirements of different companies in respect of production differ as widely as the range of products in the trade. Rolls and other small items
All-rounders, premixes for speciality rolls or premium concentrates for sophisticated dough processes – we offer a comprehensive range for the production of small baked items. We will develop new recipes together with you, or assist you with ready-to-use baking premixes containing yoghurt powder, seeds or flour mixtures, enabling you to respond fast and flexibly to customers’ wishes and market trends.
Many products that were initially considered “ethnic food” have long since established themselves in the markets. French baguettes share the bakery shelves quite naturally with Italian ciabatta and Turkish flat bread. Our experts are familiar with the best international specialities and are constantly developing ideas for new products to boost the sale of seasonal items or promotion articles.
Frozen dough portions
In the baking industry, production and sale are more and more often separate. Dough portions are produced industrially and frozen so that they can be baked freshly on the spot at a later date. This principle established itself long ago in bakery chains and also in supermarkets, discounters, filling stations and even restaurants. Our product series TopBake Frozen is intended in particular for frozen dough portions that are to be stored for long periods and therefore require very good dough stability.
Gluten-free bakery products
Although wheat is one of the world’s most important staple foods, the number of people who do not eat foods containing wheat is increasing. Irrespective of whether purchasing behaviour is influenced by health considerations or by questions of lifestyle: customers are increasingly looking for high-quality alternatives to bakery products containing gluten.
